Is there any word on Janine’s condition. I meet all three of these great people on the way down to PCB. They were brokedown an we trailored them to get bike fix.

Monty – Sorry, no, nothing. Keep them in your prayers though. Someone will give us word.

I just want to say thank you for everyone that has come together for Dave and Janine. Dave has been released from the hospital, he is still a bit sore but doing well. Janine is in SICU. She is hanging in there and fighting this like anyone that knows her knows she would. The doctors are working to keep the swelling in her brain down and controling spikes in pressure and fevers so her body has the time it needs to start healing. Although she was breathing on her own they have put her on a respirator to ensure that she gets an even and constant supply of oxygen. She is surrounded by her loving husband and family as well as the thoughts and prayers of the entire community. All we can do now is wait, pray, and support Dave and the rest of their family. I want to say personally thanks to Heather Bickers and her Husband Carlos for picking us up when my bike broke on the way down, To Bear for bringing Daves bike home, Heavens Saints for reaching out to Dave and the family and to the entire staff of Bay Medical in Panama City who have been incredible. Please post your prayers and thoughts, she is listening…

Dano, please keep the bikers that went down in Panama City this weekend, in prayer. The two guys are doing well, the lady biker, Janie Lehner (J9) is in serious condition with severe head injury, S/P surgery of head to try & stop bleeding & swelling. She is in medical induced coma & condition remains serious. Was cut off by a man in Ford Explorer who left scene but later located. None of the bikers were wearing helmets, as I have been told, (go figure). I will keep you guys posted as I hear anything more. I hope to go back to hospital tomorrow & check on her again, maybe talk with family/friends if available. ’til later, God bless. Winston Reynolds

Hi Youngblood. I am J9’s manager at work and a fellow biker. I am just heartbroken about this but totally believe in Janine’s resilience. She is truly an awesome person. We were going to come down from Charlotte and help get the bike home but it sounds like that’s been handled? Please let me know. All at work (and that’s many) are praying for her and Dave and are ready to help however we can.

Hi Everyone,

The updates I am receiving are that Janine is stable and they have her sedated. When they reduced the amount of sedative last night she was moving her arms and legs which caused them to take it back up as they want her to rest. She’s a tough little cookie and those that are there can tell she fighting. If you know Janine, you know that’s her spirit and I see that as a very very good sign personally. Please keep the prayer coming.

Hello Brothers and Friends,

I got great news from Shadow on Janine’s condition. He said “Janine is back……..fully responsive”. It looks like all the prayers have paid off! I am unsure when she will be able to come home, but this was the news we were all waiting for and wanting to hear.

Thanks again to everyone who has shown their support when it was needed the most. I will try to keep you updated as I learn more.

Thanks Again!

Goat
