New Text from Karen today “Great news! Kevin is doing some things on command. Prayers sure do work. Keep it up, he may move to a floor bed tomorrow:)” Praise God. Read the full story and Comments on Kevin. Monty here. I met Kevin on Thrusday, but he didn’t know it. Hes still out, but looks pretty good. He has been moved from ICU to a regular room, #535 at Mission. Karen would like visits. Continue to pray for him and all of them as a family. This healing process is going to be long and tough on everyone. May God heal all wounds.

Update By BD Rep Kenny.
Went to the hospital and met Kevin and Karen this morning (23rd). Knowing how it can be hour after hour in those little rooms,I took Karen a bag of fruit and had prayer with them. Karen said Kevin was about the same, just waiting for him to wake up and respond. I could see he has lots of motor function in his arms and legs as they were feeding him thru a feeding tube. I also reminded Karen if they needed anything to simply contact us.
Keep praying, Kenny
Progress for Kevin..From Pam. He spoke and sat on the side of the bed on Jan 25th he stood for a few seconds with assistance and they are hoping to move him to Care Partners by the end of week to start his rehab. Family is very grateful for everyone’s prayers.
Kevin had made great progress each day at rehab and was able to go home on Thurs Feb 11. He still needs rehab for memory and reading comprehension and some physical issues also. So keep praying. His progress will now be available at caringbridge.org
Blessings, Pam
