My good friend Jack Evans, has crashed his bike into another friend, Charley Baldwin. Charlie is fine, but Jack is in ICU at the hospital there. He has a banged up head, knee, collarbone, and 6 ribs. All in all he’s gonna live and be in some pain. Pray for my friend Jack. We’ve had lots of conversations about staying off this website and always knew its not a matter of if, just when. This is his first – when. Pray he heals quick and gets home to friends and family here in WNC.

Just talked to Jack on the phone. As we expected, he’s sore and in pain, but God has been good to him. It could have been so much worse. Keep praying that he gets home safe and that God will be merciful to ease his pain and heal him quickly. He should be on his way home Monday, but somehow I don’t think he’ll make it to work by Tuesday.
Jack is home and resting. He got in about midnight on the 22nd. I don’t think he’ll be at work anytime soon. Keep him in your prayers, he’s a hard guy to hold down.
