Tonight I visited and prayed over two downed bikers and I ask for your prayers for them, too. Jerry Cormier is in ICU J425 at Mission in Asheville and is in dire need for God’s healing. He has surgery set for tomorrow (Tuesday) to begin repair on his broken spine and neck injuries. His wife Pat says that he is their rock and they really need him back and strong again to lead his family. His accident is a mystery as it happened on his way to work and no one has talked to an officer about it yet. Another biker, George Lytle, hit a patch of grass and straw on a corner and slipped it down on its side. He has spleen, broken ribs and a collapsed lung. He picked up his bike and rode it to a place they could come and get him with an ambulance. Tough dude. He’s in great spirits and seems fine. I don’t get to meet too many in ICU that I can talk to the first time. Pray for him to recover quickly and get back on the road. Two guys about the same age and both in need of God’s love and care. Just like the rest of us.

Just wanted to add a note of gratitude for all the prayers and concerns over my son George Lytle. He suffered a major set back on Thursday after his wreck….his spleen ruptured requiring immediate surgery…had he been anywhere else he would have died. He is much better today and Mom is fattening him up. He is most grateful to your organization and most grateful for your prayers. He looks forward to rejoining the Freedom Church and wants to encourage and help the BikerDown Organization when he is well again. May God bless each of you! Please accept this Mom’s heartfelt thanks for what you do and what you are about!!

I want to give a big heartfelt thank you to BikerDown and Monty for all the support you’ve given my family after my Dad’s motorcycle accident on June 8th. My Dad was moved out of ICU to the trauma unit last Friday and will be going to rehabilitation in Atlanta, GA in a few weeks. He has to have surgery on his knee this Wednesday to repair the bone, cartilage and ligament damage. His brain has been severely damaged so though the road to recovery will be long but it is a miracle he is still with us at all so we are all very grateful.
I love you Dad.
