Please pray for these two reported today by George Pittard. An engaged couple, Deborah Williams and Robert Kenneth Ivester from Rome, Ga. were riding on one of our prettier twisties called the Cherohala Skyway this last Saturday.  They were riding with several bikes when they hit a lump of roadway shoulder grass that had been recently cut and was in the roadway curve.  The roadway was dry, but the grass was still wet.  The bike went down with them.  Deborah sustained injuries of a broken jaw and a broken left leg.  She was treated at Mission hospital in Asheville NC and released.  Kenny (Robert) has head trauma and broken facial bones.  The medical team has completed one surgery to try to ease the swelling of the brain and has Kenny in an induced coma as part of his treatment. Ken is in ICU Rm J418.  An MRI test is planned this afternoon (Monday) to determine if there are further injuries. These tests will reveal any spinal trauma and to get more info to determine if more surgery is necessary to repair the facial bones. George prayed with Deborah and Kenny’s mother this afternoon for God’s Blessings and healing upon Kenny and Deborah. Ask God to be with the medical teams at Mission, for His guidance and blessing to work toward a speedy and healthy recovery.  Also, pray for His Peace and Comfort upon all the family and friends during this difficult time.  

Please Lift-up Jerry Harvey. Thank you so much for prayers for my luv, a Setfree Bakersfield Sons of the Most High Rider and friend of BikerDown was injured June 26th when a chain reaction on the 99 at 178 off ramp cause him to swerve to miss the accident. He clipped the back end of the car in front of him and was thrown from his bike. He sustained minor injuries,lots of road rash and stitches to his right arm. Please Lift-Up Mark Jenkins. George Suggs reported late last night on a BikerDown he visited in Mission Hospital Asheville, NC. He had received a call from Bulldog (another minister) stating a down biker from the Hot Springs Rally was being transported to the ER at Mission. When George got to ER he located Jenks (biker name). Jenks was a a side car passenger in his 2008 Custom Bike with his friend Chucky driving. They had just won first place in the custom division tournament there in Hot Springs. They were going through the camp ground and the throttle got stuck raising the front of the bike with side car. Not being able to stop the bike, the side car slammed into a tree. Jenks was thrown from the side car hitting his head and left side of his body. Chucky was not injured. Jenks suffered a broken left shoulder and cuts to the head. Jenks was put in room A508 to be monitored through out the night. 

Please Lift-Up Brian Farmer – who is now in Mission Hospital, Asheville, NC room A517. Brian hit a parked car in the Bryson City area this past Monday evening.  He sustained broken bones in both feet, a broken right shoulder and a broken left wrist.  I prayed with Brian and gave Thanks that he is alive today and asked God for the healing of Brian and to bless his medical team and therapist to assist Brian to improved health.  Please continue to pray for His blessings upon Brian.  Submitted by George P.

Lift Up prayer for the survivor of the couple who hit another vehicle while traveling from out of state in Haywood County near exit 39 on I-40. The male driver has lived,  but was flown VIA helicopter to Mission Hospital Trauma ICU in Asheville, NC.  His rider, a woman was killed. We will provide more information as we learn more and get permission.  God knows who they are and your prayers are needed for him and their families.

We just saw two victims leave Mission Hospital on their way to recovery and rehabilitation only to hear of the possibility of six more this weekend.  Reports are just now coming in, but we don’t need to wait. Please be in prayer for those that have been injured – God knows the whole story.  We have one name right now. Tim Fultz, a friend of Bulldog Wilson has had an accident and is currently in ICU, Rm J423. of Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.  He has several broken ribs and a ruptured spleen.  His wife Jane has asked for our support and prayers.  Please, don’t let them down and pray up now for Tim and Jane and their days ahead.  We will continue to report on the others as they give permission for release of information.
